Information we process

• Account email, name, password hash, verification and session records, account status, and support messages.
• Birth date, time and place, other profiles you choose to add, calculated charts, saved plans, report requests and results, and chat messages.
• Optional device location or manually entered places when you use a location feature.
• Plan, credit and existing website billing records associated with the shared account. The Android app itself does not collect payments.
• IP addresses, request details and operational/security logs needed to run and protect the service.

Do not enter passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information into chat or support messages. Submit another person's information only when you have permission.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and verify accounts, keep sessions secure, calculate charts, generate reports and chat replies, synchronize saved information, administer access and credits, answer support requests, troubleshoot faults, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Providers and sharing

Relevant consultation details, chart context and conversation history may be sent to configured AI providers, including Moonshot/Kimi or Z.ai/GLM, to generate responses. Moonshot/Kimi may use submitted content to develop or improve its services, including model training. Z.ai's published API terms say it does not use API end-user content to develop or improve its services without explicit agreement. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Google Fonts and OpenStreetMap services may receive connection information; map searches may also reveal the place searched. Existing website billing uses Stripe. Provider retention and processing follow their arrangements; AI requests should not be assumed anonymous or subject to zero retention.

Cookies and device storage

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser-managed storage remembers settings and account-scoped app data. The Android service worker caches public app files, not private API responses. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove local copies, but does not delete server-held account information.

Retention and deletion

Account data, reports and conversations are retained to provide access and history; completed reports do not have an automatic age-based deletion schedule. You can use account deletion or contact us about your data. Some billing, credit, security and support records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Backups and provider-held copies may persist beyond removal from the active service; exact retention varies by data type and legal need.

Security and international processing

We use account authentication, password hashing and access restrictions. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction or objection. Email app@mobizoft.com; we may need to verify your identity. Bazi Luck is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child supplied information inappropriately, contact us.

Changes

We may update this information as the service or legal requirements change and provide further notice or obtain consent where required. The app's privacy disclosures and Play Data Safety answers should be reviewed together before publication.
